HIMSS Interoperability Showcase Demonstration Topic Suggestion Form

Thank you for submitting a suggestion for a demonstration topic to be presented at the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase at HIMSS21. The purpose of this survey is to learn about scenarios that you would like to see explored and demonstrated by our participants using standard-based exchanges.

NOW: Step 1: Submissions. Please fill out the survey to the best of your abilities! Suggestions can be detailed or general. Special consideration will be provided for real-world examples or topics with 6 or more identified participants. Consider bringing together a group of clients or partners to demonstrate work already being done- we appreciate all suggestions!

Step 2: Review. HIMSS will review submissions and aim to include as many strategically important topics as possible.

Step 3: Selection! Once selected, we will post demonstration topics online with a short description covering the types of encounters or exchange the scenario may cover. Organizations can then sign up to participate in a connected demonstration on a first-come, first-serve basis, with HIMSS beginning demonstration development in October 2020. Demonstration storylines expand based on participants, so your submissions may not match exactly what is eventually demonstrated, but will certainly inspire the interoperability story!
